Understand app access and purchase terms before subscribing.

This page includes guidance for an upcoming update. Some features may not appear in your installed build. The app has not yet been released on the App Store.

About WalletAltis

WalletAltis is an iOS app for manually recording your finances. It does not synchronize with banks or transfer money. Records are stored on your device, and you export and manage your own backups.

This page describes app use and the planned subscription model. It does not announce that the app or a subscription plan is already available for download or purchase.

App license

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Read the full agreement at that link.

See the privacy policy for data practices. This page does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA.

Planned plan and access

Planned Japan price: ¥150 per month
A one-week free introductory trial is planned for first-time subscribers Apple determines are eligible.

Prices, currencies, offer details and eligibility, and availability may vary by storefront. Before purchasing, check Apple’s actual purchase sheet for the price, duration, introductory offer, and renewal terms. The terms shown in Apple’s purchase sheet take precedence over the planned price on this page.

In the production version, entering and editing data and restoring backups or recovery points require WalletAltis Plus, including for existing users. Viewing records, exporting backups, exporting or deleting recovery points, and Delete All Data remain available without a subscription or after it expires. The internal Beta version requires no purchase.

Purchases, renewal, and cancellation

Purchases use Apple’s StoreKit 2, and Apple processes payment. The operator does not receive payment card details.

The subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown in Apple’s purchase sheet unless canceled. If an introductory offer applies, check the post-offer price and renewal terms in that sheet too.

Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple’s subscription screen. To avoid the next charge, check Apple’s displayed renewal date and cancellation terms and cancel in advance. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Records, backups, and currency

Check the information you enter and keep JSON backups as needed. Save important records outside the app before uninstalling and in case your device is lost. The operator does not hold your local records and cannot recover lost data.

Changing the currency setting changes the label, not the value through an exchange-rate conversion. Entered numbers stay the same. See support for backup and restore guidance.

Balances, debit dates, projected balances, and estimated points are calculations based on your entries and settings. Holidays are calculated from Japan’s national holiday law and may not include special one-off holidays. Check your bank and card statements for actual amounts and dates.

A manual ledger time-zone change preserves recorded calendar dates, amounts, and IDs. Applying a debit-bank change to all entries, including settled history, changes the bank recorded on settlements and recalculates both old and new bank balances, so it requires explicit confirmation. It does not transfer money. See support for the available scopes.

Up to 10 recovery points are kept on the device. Exported backups use compact JSON and are neither compressed nor encrypted.
